Housing Services Annual Report 2010-11
We are pleased to publish the Annual Report
for Housing Services for 2010/11. The focus of our report this year
is very much on local offers and how we want to
work with tenants to build on these and make them truly local to
tenants in the coming months and years.
As we did last year, we will not be producing
a copy of this report for every household in its current format,
but if you would like a copy in this, or any other format, we will
happily provide it upon request. This helps keep costs down and
Ashford Borough Tenants Forum have asked us to adopt this
approach.
What we will do however is take many of the
key points from the report and include these in the calendar that
we issue for all tenants for 2012. That way the information is
there available for you in a way you can see and use for a full 12
months.
