The Corporate Property Team is responsible for..

• Emergency Planning and Business Continuity Management,
• General valuation and property advice to the Council, 
• Strategic property management, including condition and suitability assessments, acquisitions and disposals of land and property and managing the performance of property,
• Facilities management of the Civic Centre and sub offices,
• Planned and reactive maintenance of the Council's non-housing property portfolio and
• Estate management of the Council's industrial and commercial properties.
