Our Housing Services department manages council housing across the borough. We cover all aspects of housing, including provision of:

Affordable rented housing via Housing Associations
Developing Affordable Housing (Eligibility Criteria)
Shared ownership housing provided by registered social landlords
Sheltered Housing for the elderly
Advice to those who are homeless or threatened with Homelessness
Disabled Facility Grants and advice to those privately renting and home owners
Liaison services between private landlords and tenants where issues have arisen
