has decided to sell, they will want to be able to market the
property as quickly as possible and for the sale to progress as
quickly as possible.
To help this happen, we have made some changes to our service
that will take some of the pressure off.
- Replies are now all electronic. (unless specified by
you).
- Results include many of the copy documents you may require, at
no additional cost.
- We are at Level 3
NLIS

fees for NLIS submissions from 1 April
2010*
- Reduced turnaround in the last year to within 5 working days
for 100% of cases.
- Allocate a Case Officer for efficient case enquiries.
