Request a Safety Inspection for Houses in Multiple Occupation

Please complete the following form if you wish to request a safety inspection for a property that has been converted for multiple occupancy.

You can normally expect a contact response within 48 hours and a full inspection of the property within 14 working days (the more serious the problem, the higher the priority for inspection).

The inspection would be followed by a discussion as to what can and cannot be done. This could range from no action, to a semi-formal notification to the owner, to a formal notice served on the owner, or even emergency remedial works.

Details sent through on the form will remain confidential. However, tenants need to be aware that there may be retaliation to the complaint from the landlord.
