Application for a non-material amendment

Compliance Check
Confirmation that a development has been built in accordance
with the approved plans
- £69.00 (Inc. 20% VAT) for domestic development. Payment
to be received with request
- £138.00 (Inc. 20% VAT) for a domestic proposal that
requires a site visit
- All other proposals charged at an hourly rate (+VAT)
Please note that there is not a charge for the planning
enforcement service.
