Street Trading

Street Trading is defined as the selling or offering for sale of any article in the street. This includes food such as burgers, kebabs and doughnuts or other things such as jewellery, household items plus face painting and hair braiding.

Anyone trading, other than from a shop, requires a Street Trading Licence or Street Trading Consent.

The type of license or consent required depends on the area you will be trading from.
