Planning history of a property

Using both the interactive map and the application search tool will provide substantial planning history for a property or piece of land back as far as 1974. Did you know we can offer an enhanced research service, please refer to our table of discretionary fees 

Documentation for applications between 2003 and present day are readily available online. 

Documentation for applications pre 2003 can be provided free of charge where reference numbers are provided.
