Council Housing
We are the borough's biggest landlord with some 5,000 council
homes, 1,900 garages and 2,000 housing applicants. In this section
you will find more information on our tenant services.
Housing Services manages council housing in
Ashford, maintains the housing waiting list and works with
other organisations to provide affordable homes to people from our
Housing Waiting List.

Housing News
Housing News is
a quarterly newsletter that we send to all Council Tenants with the
aim to inform and involve tenants in important and topical Housing
issues.

If you need to contact us directly your first
point of contact should always be either the Housing Services Team
or the Housing Repairs Team. Excluding Bank Holidays, our telephone
lines are open 8.30am to 5.30pm on Monday to Thursday and
8.30am to 5pm on Fridays.
The Housing Services Team can be contacted by

service, the housing register, rent arrears, garages and estate
management.
The Housing Repairs Team will organise repairs
for Council Homes, their Communal Areas and Council garage areas
