Key Objectives (KOs):
- Promote good community relations
- Celebrate cultural diversity
- Promote equality through service delivery
- Promote equality through a representative workforce
Key Measures of Success (KMS):
- Equality objectives contained within all corporate and service
plans
- Setting performance targets in relations to the objectives
within individual equality strategies
- Consultation with the community over the setting of
targets
- Performance measurement against objectives
- Increased awareness within the community
- Evaluation of the effectiveness of the targets and
strategies
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- BV2a: The Level of the Equality Standard for local government
to which the Authority conforms in respect of gender, race and
disability.
