Gender Equality Scheme
Ashford Borough Council is committed
to ensuring gender equality in every aspect of its service
provision and also in its responsibility as an employer.
To ensure we deliver on that committment, we are stating our
intentions in the draft Gender Equality Scheme. The document
is currently undergoing vigourous consultation with various groups
and interested parties prior to final presentation to elected
members later in the year.
If you would like to be part of the consultation process and
help to shape how your Council works, please send us your
