- Anticipate and respond to changing requirements
- Raise awareness of the need for Risk Management
Key Measures of Success (KMS):
- Quarterly reviews of service Risk Action Plans
- Annual workshop review of Service Risk Register
- Quarterly reviews of strategic Risk Action Plans
- Annual workshop of strategic Risk Register
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- There are no performance indicators associated with this
strategy but quarterly reporting by exception to Management Team
and the Executive.
