The Corporate Property Team is responsible for..
- Emergency Planning and Business Continuity Management,
- General valuation and property advice to the
Council,
- Strategic property management, including condition and
suitability assessments, acquisitions and disposals of land and
property and managing the performance of property,
- Facilities management of the Civic Centre and sub offices,
- Planned and reactive maintenance of the Council's non-housing
property portfolio and
- Estate management of the Council's industrial and commercial
properties.
