The Deputy Chief Executive is responsible for mentoring managers
of the Council's corporate services which include Personnel and
Development, Property Services and Communications and Marketing. He
is also line manager for the Performance and Improvement Team. Paul
is the lead officer for the Council's involvement in shared
services with particular involvement in the Mid Kent Improvement
Partnership.
Paul is also the Chief Financial Officer for the Council.
