Housing Services are responsible for:

• Tenancy and Estate Management for Council properties
• Council House repairs
• Maintaining the Council's Housing Stock
• Rent Collection
• Providing Housing Advice for existing tenancies and obtaining housing in the private sector
• Assisting people who present themselves as Homeless
• Maintaining the Council's Housing Waiting List and Choice Based Lettings Scheme
• Working with organisations to provide new homes
• Disabled Facilities Grants
• Unauthorised encampments
