What is MyAshford?
My Ashford is an online portal to allow residents of the borough
online access to the following accounts
- Council Tax
- Business Rates
- Housing Rent
- Garage Rent
Please note: In order to view details about these
account, you must be the liable party for the account
Can I Make Payments via MyAshford?
Yes, My Ashford allows you to pay using a valid credit or debit
card to the accounts you have registered with your My Ashford
account
How Can I Sign Up?
Sign up is easy, just click
here to start the registration process.
How do I 'Activate MyAshford'?
Once you have recieved your registration letter, you need to
enter the authorisation code from your letter into the authorisation
page
How do I Log in?
Once you have completed registration and you account has bee
authorised, go to the login page and enter
your details
What do I do if I have forgotten my login details?
Simple, just click on the forgotten
Login Details Link and enter the email address you registered
with your MyAshford account.
