Ashford Presents is a partnership of arts organisations, led by Ashford Borough Council, which focuses on nurturing, marketing and assisting the delivery of arts programmes. It provides:

• An Ashford Presents logo recognisable to business and audiences, developing confidence and local pride in events and programmes with this brand.
• A communications forum between arts organisations, as well as nurturing and supporting the development of programmes.
• A funding source to help develop programmes.
• An ‘Ashford Presents’ website to provide a showcase for major artistic events in the borough.
• Potential for event collaboration between the festivals, arts organisations and venues.
• Training opportunities for network members.

Ashford Presents ...festivals network

Building capacity within the boroughs festivals through supporting key organisers

This network brings together key local event organisers in Ashford to support and build capacity in the borough’s arts festivals. The current festivals are all voluntary run. Working together will enable a joined up approach towards marketing, sponsorship, funding, legislations, creative product and programming. With support from the Ashford Town Centre Partnership, our Cultural Services and Economic Development, the network could potentially develop into being a grant giving resource in future years and encourage further networking with new and existing Ashford festivals.

Ashford Presents ...Creative Opportunities for Graduates and Students

Delivering visual arts mentoring where current students or graduates of Ashford School of Art and Design and members of Ashford Visual Artists network collaborate on projects and get to work alongside Internationally renowned artists working in the Borough.
