The Multikulti website currently provides information in 10 community languages, and the housing section covers 8 subject headings, including advice about applying as homeless, domestic violence and finding a private rented place to live.

Office opening hours are Monday, Wednesday and Friday 10am-1pm in Ashford.

Shelter also provides a language line and is able to translate 140 languages.

Ashford Gateway

The Ashford Gateway Centre offers advice from Ashford Borough Council, Jobcenter Plus, local health care agencies and voluntary organisations all under one roof.

Housing Advice is available at the Gateway Centre Monday to Friday from 9am to 4pm and on a Saturday from 10am to 2pm.
