These are the ways you can register your choices:

You can register up to a maximum of three property choices and we offer three ways for you to register those choices. The closing time and date by which you must have registered your choices is shown on the first page of the Property Newsletter, we will not accept choices after this time.

Properties are only allocated after the list has closed. You can help us speed up how quickly we allocate properties by resisting the urge to phone us and check if you have been successful. If you are successful we will contact you by the Friday after the closing date. If we do not contact you by this time, you will have been unsuccessful on this occasion.

• Option 1 (Recommended)
  Our 24 hours a day automated telephone service on 01233 330625.
  By dialling 01233 330625, the automated service will give you the option to register your choices. Press ‘2’ to register your choice through the Choice Based Lettings Scheme and then listen to the instructions. You will need to enter your registration number and the property numbers from the Property Newsletter that you want to register your interest in.
• Option 2
  Texting in your choices on 07887 717739.
  Send a text message to 07887 717739 in the following format. Type cbl followed by your registration number, followed by a maximum of up to three choices. You must put a space after cbl and between each number.  For example: cbl 19170 22405 22419 22364.
• Option 3
  Telephone the Housing Services Team on 01233 330688 from 8.30 am to 5.00 pm and register your choice with them.

Important - With Options 1 and 2, it is important to remember that if you wish to make a change or an amendment to your bid you must re-enter each of the void numbers that you wish to bid for. Any new information will overwrite old and the system will not ‘remember’ any previous bids.

It will take 30 minutes for your choices to register on our system, if you have a query on an entry you have made, please allow 30 minutes before telephoning this office.
