Stage 2 Appeal

If you are still unhappy with the Choise Based Lettings decision, you can apply for a further review by the Council Appeals Committee by completing the Stage 2 Appeal Form below.

Your appeal will be passed to Legal and Democratic Services who will arrange for your case to be heard at an Appeals Committee Hearing. You will be written to prior to the hearing when you will be given at least 7 days notice of the hearing and further details of the process. If your appeal results in a decision that you can join the housing register, your application will be registered and backdated to the time of your original application.
