Estate Management
The Estate Management Team is responsible for the general
day-to-day management of our estates. Our area managers
each have responsibility for a geographical area within the
borough.
Working on area plans, promoting tenant
participation, dealing with antisocial behaviour and resolving
neighbourhood disputes is just some of the work carried out by this
team.
Our Tenant Participation Officer works closely
with our estate managers to develop area plans across the borough
and with the Ashford Borough Tenants Forum, encouraging
tenants to take an active part in their community.
