From time to time we have to take action to evict people from their tenancies be that through a failure to pay rent or for some other breach of tenancy, we only do this when all other avenues have been exhausted. Under normal circumstances we can work together with the tenant to prevent eviction, this is reliant on good will being shown by both parties.
