Ashford Back Chat

We want to make it easier for you to let us know what you think about our Housing services, and for you to get involved in the management of your home and neighbourhood.

Most people have an opinion about the way the council does things. We want you to tell us where you think improvements are needed, and what you think we do well.

To help you to do this we keep an ‘Ashford Back Chat’ database of tenants from all over the borough who have told us how they want to get involved in improving Housing services.

We offer a range of contact options that means, if you want to have a say, you can do so in the way that suits you best - be it by phone, email, post, website or public forums.

Register for our ‘Ashford Back Chat’ database by using the form below.

When we receive your form we will contact you within 3-5 working days by your preferred method. We want to attract people from different age groups and backgrounds so that we get the broadest view possible, and may ask you to complete a Tenant Profile form if you have not already done so.

Then, depending on what you have said you would be willing to do, we will either include you in surveys, or contact you about the groups you are interested in.

If you need any further information please email philippa.dale@ashford.gov.uk or telephone 01233 330365.

If you need help completing this form, please telephone 01233 331111 and one of our Customer Service Advisors will talk you through it.
