Urban Community Forums: Exist in Willesborough,
Kennington, Central and South Ashford. Community Forums give a
voice to residents in the urban areas of the Borough where there
are no parishes. More information on Urban Community

Parish Councils: Exist in all the rural parts
of the Borough and in Stanhope. They are made up of local people
elected to represent their communities, including tenants.
