Homelessness Review Form
If you disagree with a decision made about your homeless
application you have the right to ask for a review. You must do
this within 21 days of receiving the decision by completing
the form below. This review gives you the opportunity to provide
any new or additional information about your claim. It also allows
us to consider any new information you may have in relation to the
review.
If you have any additional information to support your
application you must provide us with copies within the next 7
days, either by post to Housing Services at the address below or by
email to sharon.williams@ashford.gov.uk.
Your review will be handled by the Housing Operations Manager
who will make a decision on your application and will write to you
within 56 days of the date that you requested the review.

suggestions for improvements that can be made to the Housing Advice
Service that we offer, please email us on housing@ashford.gov.uk
