In Ashford Borough Council's Housing Services we are constantly striving to improve the services that we provide for our customers.  As such we provide many feedback opportunities such as via customer satisfaction surveys and new tenant surveys.  Just some of the suggestions that you have made that have resulted in a change to the service we provide are as follows:

 

 

Your Suggestion How We Have Changed Our Service
You wanted a more transparent, easy to understand Lettings Policy Changes to the Letting Policy to make it more transparent and easy to understand were made and the amended policy was adopted in February 2008
You wanted equal priority to be given to the over 50s as to the over 60s when allocating social bungalows We amended the Lettings Policy in November 2009 to give equal priority to the over 50s when allocating social bungalows
You wanted the Housing Register Drop in service to be held at the Ashford Gateway The Housing Register Drop in Moved to the Gateway in September 2009
