Adult Education
Kent Adult Education Service (KAES) provides part-time learning
opportunities for adults and families Countywide. Over 4,000
courses, many leading to qualifications and employment, are on
offer in 22 Adult Education Centres plus numerous school-based and
community venues. Their Skills Plus units provide free assistance
to anyone over 16 requiring help with literacy, numeracy, basis ICT
and employability skills. Traditional adult education courses in
arts, languages, health, fitness, humanities subjects and DIY
continue to thrive and we are committed to providing learning for
leisure and fun to enrich the quality of life for Kent
residents.
