Adult Education

Kent Adult Education Service (KAES) provides part-time learning opportunities for adults and families Countywide. Over 4,000 courses, many leading to qualifications and employment, are on offer in 22 Adult Education Centres plus numerous school-based and community venues. Their Skills Plus units provide free assistance to anyone over 16 requiring help with literacy, numeracy, basis ICT and employability skills. Traditional adult education courses in arts, languages, health, fitness, humanities subjects and DIY continue to thrive and we are committed to providing learning for leisure and fun to enrich the quality of life for Kent residents.
