Biography
Cllr. Bell has represented Biddenden on
Ashford Borough Council since 1995.
After reading maths at Bristol University, he
spent several successful years with IBM in the UK and the US.
He then started the small business in IT which he runs today.
Cllr. Bell has served on the Council’s
Executive since it was introduced, successfully delivering the
£200m Stanhope Housing PFI and the Council’s Blue Box and Green
Waste recycling services.
He strongly supports keeping the Council Tax
down and recycling rates up.
He is happily married with three children.
Cllr. Bell enjoys taking on the establishment
on behalf of the individual.
