Biography
Paul represented Mersham Ward on Ashford
Borough Council from 1999 to 2003 and since 2003 has represented
Weald East Ward. He has lived in Mersham since 1976, and is a
chartered accountant working in London now working for a Property
Investment Company.
Paul is particularly interested in transport
issues and ensuring that the Government’s proposed development of
Ashford and in particular its house building programme can be
accommodated while mitigating its effects on the green spaces
around the town.
Paul is Deputy Leader of the Council and is
responsible for the financial resources portfolio on the Council’s
Executive Committee.
