Wednesday 01 July \| Community benefits from s106
	A new bus service at Eureka Park, the Godinton Play area at Springwood Drive, the Singleton Environment Centre and Falcon Way pond in South Ashford and the recreation site at Piguets Meadow in Charing are just some examples of community facilities in the borough that have benefited from developer contributions in the past financial year.
Tuesday 30 June \| Tenterden and rural sites plan
	Residents are being asked for their views on plans to develop the rural parts of the borough including Tenterden and the villages up to 2021. Consultation begins on the 30 June for a period of six weeks. The Tenterden and Rural Sites Development Plan Document (DPD) details the Council’s planning policies for developing the rural parts of the borough including Tenterden and the villages.
Monday 29 June \| Stour Centre Funding
	Members of the Executive and the Ashford Leisure Trust have agreed the principles for an innovative new operational funding arrangement for the Stour Centre which will see Ashford Borough Council manage the leisure centre’s utility costs. Under the agreement Ashford Leisure Trust will no longer receive a subsidy and will share income growth with the Council.
