Statement of Licensing Policy 2019-24
The Statement of Licensing Policy 2019-2024 [pdf] 531KB was approved by full council in December 2019, and subsequently amended in March 2022, to set out the councils expectations with regard to the protection of women and vulnerable persons.
The council are now consulting upon an updated Statement of Licensing Policy for 2024-2029, which includes general administrative updates, and incorporates the councils existing Film Classification Policy into this single policy document covering all relevant elements of the Licensing Act. We welcome the submission of open comments from interested parties on the draft Statement of Licensing Policy 2024-2029 via email to licensing@ashford.gov.uk or in writing to Licensing, Ashford Borough Council, Tannery Lane, Ashford, Kent, TN23 1PL. We ask that any comments are received prior to the 31 March 2024
