Picture of raffle tickets being  held up in someone's hand. If you wish to apply for a new registration, you need to submit a small lottery registration form [pdf] 503KB, along with a fee of £40.00. An annual fee of £20.00 is payable each year thereafter.

You can register to run a small lottery if it is:

  • for charitable purposes
  • for the purpose of enabling participation in, or in supporting, sport, athletics or a cultural activity, or
  • for any other non-commercial purpose other than that of private gain.

After each draw a lottery return form [pdf] 528KB must be completed and submitted within 3 months.

How do I apply?
