Votes are starting to come in for a new award scheme for Ashford.

The Ashford Town Centre Partnership has launched their Pride in Ashford Awards which will recognise achievement in 6 categories for our town centre businesses and people.

The categories range from:

• Workplace of the Year
• Customer Service Award
• Going Green Award
• Best Restaurant, Bar or Entertainment Venue
• Best Kept Premises
• Special Recognition Award - (who or what has contributed to the well being of the town)

Voting slips are available in various town centre locations or can be downloaded from the ATCP website.

Entries will be accepted up to 31st July 2008.
