Save £1million - YOU say how
How would YOU save
more than £1million of future Ashford Borough Council spend?
Use our innovative online survey and make
important choices about cost, quality and frequency of future
services provided by the council.
The programme gives users a ‘budget’, which
they can spend how ever they like on a wide range of public
services, such as recycling, arts and culture, grass cutting,
parking and youth activity.
There will be options to cut, maintain or
improve services and users will be able to immediately see the
impact of their choices on the council’s budget.
The choices residents make will all be
collected and help the council make important decision on how best
to save around £1million of taxpayer’s money, without losing
priority services.
The survey has been extended, so you have
until Saturday 14th August to have your
say!
