Christmas 2011

The demand for searches towards the end of this year has been surprisingly high with August 2011 attracting our highest number of submissions for the past four years.

Despite Sue Lloyd leaving the team in July 2010, we have managed to maintain our 24-48 hour average turnaround, now under Louise’s leadership. Louise has taken on the team leader role after deputising for 4 years and, together with her team, is dedicated to continue providing a great service you can rely on.

Even in the current climate, we are also continuing to look for improvements to our service and the products available to you.

For a while now we have been promising our own online facility for submitting local authority searches and although it’s taken slightly longer than anticipated, we are now making great progress.

However, we may need your help. If you submit regularly to us and are willing to help us test the system, please do get in touch. Your feedback will be invaluable to ensure we get the product ‘just right’ for you.
