Ashford Borough Council's fee policy for relevant protected sites 2017
In order to ensure that park home sites are monitored regularly and that any issues are dealt with proactively, it has been necessary for Ashford Borough Council to introduce fees and charges under the provisions of the Mobile Homes Act 2013.
Register of site rules deposited with Ashford Borough Council
The Mobile Homes Act 2013 requires that operators of residential caravan sites and mobile home parks deposit Site Rules with the local authority, once they have been agreed with residents. Ashford Borough Council is required under the Act to keep a register of these site rules and publish them online.
