Address History Search
Use the Address History search facility to find out about the planning history of a site. We hold details for every property in the borough, just type in a postcode!

Building Control Application Search
You can view a limited amount of our building control application information online. For some records before 1996 you may need to visit the Civic Centre and view our microfiche records or telephone 01233 331111 for advice. You can search for building control applications on a particular property by location or case number.

Enforcement Order Search
You can search planning Enforcement Notices which we have served and any related appeals.
You can also view copies of actual Enforcement Notices and any related appeal documents since 1997.

Planning Application Search
You can search our planning records online, from 1984 to the present day. For records before 1984 you will need to visit the Civic Centre and view our microfiche records or telephone 01233 331111 for advice.
You can search for planning applications on a particular property by location, case number and various weekly listings. You will find information about current and decided applications and any applications that have gone to appeal. Each application has a timeline available to indicate where in the planning process an application is.

Tree Application Works Search
Details of individual applications for work on trees can be found using this online search facility. You can search by entering a full or partial street name or postcode or by weekly list date.

Tree Preservation Order Search
View individual Tree Preservation Orders using this search facility. You can search by entering a full or partial street name or postcode.
You can also use our nature conservation mapping facility to view Tree Preservation Orders (TPOs) locations.
The accuracy of the address search is dependant on the address format supplied on the initial application submission.
Please note that these details are published for the purpose of planning and building control matters only.
