Our Customer Charter, Your Guarantee
We will:
- Provide a quality assured service accredited in accordance with
ISO 9001 2002.
- Provide an independent, accountable service provided by highly
trained surveyors.
- Provide free presubmission consultation on request.
- Check your plans within a maximum of 15 working days.
- Check structural calculations within 12 working days.
- Reply to all enquiry letters within 5 working days.
- Assist with the issue of LANTAC type approvals, allowing your
design to be used in any Council in England or Wales.
- If a telephone query cannot be answered immediately we will
provide an answer within one working day.
- Provide an out of hours answer phone service for inspection
requests and messages.
- Provide a same day inspection service for all requests received
before 10.00am with timed appointments by arrangement with
Surveyors.
- All surveyors carry mobile telephones for rapid response.
- Provide specialist advice on structural matters.
- Provide a technical advisory service during office opening
hours.
- Issue individual completion certificates.
- Support a Quality Award Scheme.
- Deal with any complaints openly and speedily.
