Reporting a Planning Breach

If you wish to complain about possible breaches of planning control please complete the form below.

All we need are your contact details and information about the alleged breach of planning control and details of the site sufficient for our officers to identify it.

Your complaint will be acknowledged by letter or email within 3-5 working days. A case officer will be appointed who will act as your point of contact and will ensure that you are advised of the progress and outcome of the case.

If you report a breach of planning control, details of your complaint will be dealt with in strictest confidence. Your name and address will not be passed on to the person or organisation involved in the possible breach. In certain cases you may be asked to assist us by providing evidence at an appeal or in Court. Before this happens the Case Officer will ask for your consent.

If you need any further information please email enforcement@ashford.gov.uk.

If you need help completing this form, please telephone 01233 331111 and one of our Customer Service Advisors will talk you through it.
