Annual Monitoring Report
All local planning authorities are required to produce an Annual
Monitoring Report (AMR) for submission to the Secretary of State by
the end of December each year under the Planning and Compulsory
Purchase Act 2004. The AMR forms part of the Local Development
Framework (LDF) and is designed to assess the implementation of the
Local Development Scheme (LDS) and the extent to which policies are
being successfully implemented.
The information contained within this report covers five broad
areas:
- Local Development Scheme
- Housing Trajectory
- Current issues for Ashford
- Public consultation
- Monitoring and Review
