Annual Monitoring Report

All local planning authorities are required to produce an Annual Monitoring Report (AMR) for submission to the Secretary of State by the end of December each year under the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. The AMR forms part of the Local Development Framework (LDF) and is designed to assess the implementation of the Local Development Scheme (LDS) and the extent to which policies are being successfully implemented.

The Monitoring and Review and Public Consultation sections give information from 1st April to 31st March. However the sections relating to the Local Developement Scheme, current issues for ashford and the trajectory were current at December 2009.
