December 2007- March 2008 - Inspector's Note 4
In December 2007 the Inspector produced a note summarising
further queries regarding the Core Strategy, this
document was named Note 4.
Our reply to Note 4 along with responses to our
reply can be found by clicking the link below. The
repsonses to Note 4 raised further queries by the Inspector, which
Ashford Borough Council responded to on 19 March. This can also be

November Sessions - Inspector's Note 3
The Inspector has produced a note summarising his outstanding
concerns and related matters regarding the Core Strategy.
Futher round table sessions have been arranged for the Examination
on 15 and 16 November.
September Sessions - Inspector's Note 2
The Inspector held two more sessions on 4 and 5 September 2007
for further discussion.
June/July Sessions
Written statements can be viewed below that were submitted
by parties involved in the Core Strategy Examination for each
session between 19 June 2007 - 6 July 2007 as outlined in the
