Declared Interests (Staff)
In line with the council's code of conduct, staff must declare personal interests, relationships of a business or private nature with contractors or potential contractors, or outside commitments where these may or may not be perceived to create conflicts of interest.
A refresh is done every three years - the last one being started in April 2017. Between the refreshes all new starters must fill in a declaration, and existing staff must update their declarations if their circumstances change.
For these purposes the Senior Management Team are listed separately and identified by job title.
