Amendment 16

Amendment 16 comprises a combination of proposed changes;

  • Various administrative changes within the On-Street Traffic Regulation Order consisting of alterations to the descriptions of certain restrictions within Ashford town centre in order to more accurately and concisely reflect the physical restrictions in place;

 

  • Reconfiguration of parking restrictions in East Street, Ashford to accommodate the physical alterations to the road layout as part of the Latitude Walk development;

 

  • Extension of the current 'no waiting' restrictions in Gasworks Lane, Ashford to better protect access to the railway line.

 

These proposals will be open to formal public consultation between 15th April and 7th May 2010.

Alternatively hard copies are available to view between 15th April and 7th May 2010 during normal office hours at the offices of Ashford Borough Council, Civic Centre, Tannery Lane, Ashford, Kent TN23 1PL and  at the main reception of Sessions House, Maidstone, Kent ME14 1XQ.
