PCN Representation Form


The Road Traffic Act 1991 Schedule 6, lays down that the owner/keeper of a vehicle may make representations against a Penalty Charge Notice to the Council under certain specific grounds, which are as follows.
Please select one of the following:*	The contravention did not occur The penalty exceeded the relevant amount The relevant Traffic Order was invalid You were not the owner/keeper of the vehicle at the time of the contravention The vehicle had been taken without consent You are a hire firm and the hirer has signed a formal agreement accepting liability for tickets (PCN’s) Any other information you would like to be taken into consideration There has been a procedural impropriety by the enforcement authority The penalty charge has already been paid
