We hope you enjoyed the 22nd annual Create Music Festival! Read our roundup of the free music extravaganza, which saw 12,000 people attend and dance the day away to a packed line-up of music and entertainment.
In other news, congratulations are in order because Ashford’s historic Victoria Park has been awarded a £167,000 development grant from the Heritage Lottery Fund (HLF) and Big Lottery Fund. In addition, Tenterden’s The Old Dairy Brewery have just received a Certificate of Excellence from Trip Advisor for their Brewery Tours. Well done!
We have some great feel-good community stories too; read about the Kent Challenger Games where youngsters enjoyed a day of sports, and find out about Kestrel Park, a brand new Iron-aged themed play area that opened a few weeks ago. What’s more, find out details about a new play area coming to Hamstreet.
