International House is a landmark office building in the heart of the town. It is located opposite Ashford International Station and is easy to access from junctions 9 and 10 of the M20 motorway. The high speed train service to London St Pancras takes 38 minutes. Meanwhile the Eurostar can travel from Ashford to Paris in under two hours and the motorway provides access to the Channel Tunnel and the Port of Dover.
The office block is a five minute walk from the town centre and a 10 minute walk to the McArthur Glen Designer Outlet.

Ellingham Industrial Estate
Ellingham Industrial Estate is located in South Ashford with easy access to Ashford town centre and Junction 10 of the M20.
These units generally have WC facilities, skylights within the roof, a concrete floor and an up-and-over door. There is also concrete hardstanding for loading/unloading and limited car parking. Additional parking can be found in the shared car parks that are available across the estate.
Carlton Road Business Park
Carlton Road Business Park is a new and secure gated industrial park development. There are 28 flexible industrial/warehouse units. The park is located within the well-established Cobbs Wood Industrial Estate, which lies roughly half a mile west of Ashford town centre and one mile from J9 of the M20.
