Food Hygiene Training

The aim of our food hygiene training is to ensure that everyone involved in the food business, from junior staff to senior management, possesses the necessary skills and knowledge to prevent any risk of food poisoning by carrying out their tasks hygienically; giving you a more efficient and cost effective business.

We have considerable up-to-date knowledge and experience of food safety and hygiene issues. We are able to help you meet the training requirements of your organisation.

Our food hygiene courses

All of our courses are certified by the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health and assessed on completion by a series of multiple choice questions. A certificate is awarded to all successful candidates.

Our courses are all face to face learning.  If you would prefer to do an on-line training course there are many organisations providing this which can be found through your search engines. The Chartered Institute of Environmental Health offer a range of courses.
