Food Hygiene Training

The aim of food hygiene training is to ensure that everyone involved in the food business, from junior staff to senior management, possesses the necessary skills and knowledge to prevent any risk of food poisoning by carrying out their tasks hygienically; giving you a more efficient and cost effective business.

Food hygiene courses

We are currently not running any food hygiene courses, however the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health CIEH food safety training course is available via the button above. The level 2 food safety for catering e-Learning course is designed to help anyone who works in a place where food is prepared, cooked and handled. This course will make best practice recommendations for a range of food safety and hygiene hazard scenarios.

If you would prefer to do an alternative online training course there are many organisations providing this which can be found through your search engines. The Chartered Institute of Environmental Health offer a range of courses.
