We have a range of services aimed at assisting landlords and successfully sustaining tenancies:

• Our property management company (ABC Lettings) offers landlords a safe, secure and hassle-free service for letting property in Ashford and Folkestone & Hythe.
• Our Housing Options Officers are available to liaise between landlord and tenants in Ashford, where there have been problems with a tenancy. 
• We also hold regular landlord information events which aim to raise awareness off relevant issues such as changes to regulations and standards. Details will be posted to the website soon.
