We are currently consulting to inform the direction of our next IT, Digital and Customer Service Strategy. In preparation for this consultation we have identified six key themes to base the strategy around. These include:

  • Customer First
  • Digital Skills and Inclusion
  • Create an Integrated Digital Infrastructure
  • Make Better use of Data
  • Give Staff the Tools and Skills they need
  • Collaboration with Partner Groups

We have also published a series of videos on our website that demonstrate how to complete simple tasks online. These tutorials include how to make a payment, an application, or how to report something.
